About Guillermo Cortes

I am a Master Coach and Agile Management expert, with a holistic approach that combines strategy, leadership, and human development. I support individuals, leaders, and organizations in navigating personal and professional challenges in an agile and effective way.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Emotional Management and formal training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a Master Practitioner, enabling deep work in leadership, communication, and decision-making.

I am the only professional in Paraguay certified in LEGO® Serious Play®, an innovative methodology that uses LEGO® bricks to build ideas, solve complex problems, and design strategies creatively and collaboratively.

My experience is supported by over 600 hours of professional practice, ensuring a serious, results-oriented approach.

I also hold an advanced certification in Hypnotherapy and Trance.

Additionally, I have a Postgraduate Degree in Ontological Coaching and a Master’s Degree in Leadership.

I have been practicing Psychotherapy based on A Course in Miracles for over 6 years.

I am a 6th Dan in Jiu Jitsu, which has given me deep experience in supporting people in strengthening their personal confidence and self-security.

I am eclectic and have developed my own personal style, which I adapt to each client’s needs and profile.
